FIVE suspects have been arrested by police in Niger State for robbery and kidnapping. Four persons they abducted were reportedly rescued.
The suspects were said to have terrorised residents of Kwamba in Suleja council of the state.
The suspects reportedly snatched N5.5m from one Abiodun Samuel, an official of Lion Seal Industries in Suleja on his way to make a deposit at a bank.
Police also arrested Muhammadu Dauda, who was said to have confessed to being part of the four-man syndicate.
Police spokesman Wasiu Abiodun said three accomplices on the run were being trailed as investigation continued.
