Requirements
- Impeccable customer service record gained from work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with experience using the Microsoft package and other data application
- Ability to accurately respond to enquiries on social media while exercising sound judgment regarding sensitivity and Urgency
- Experience with visa application, documentation and processing
- Considerable experience multi-tasking with large volumes of information including researching, assessing, recording and updating data using multiple applications.

- Full-time work hours with financial compensation for overtime hours

- Salary is negotiable and commission is also attached to this positions.
