A teenager was left fearing for her life after her fiance stamped on her head and bit a chunk of skin from her back in a drunken and drug-fuelled attack.
Sara Dudek, 17, had asked partner of two years Kane Case-Webb if she could borrow his phone when he lost his temper and launched into a violent rage .
Case-Webb had downed two litres of Sambuca as well as a bottle of wine and vodka when he began punching and spitting at her - at one stage he hit her so hard her contact lens was pushed behind her eye.
The 20-year-old, who was also high on cocaine , even sunk his teeth into her back and shook his head around 'like a dog with a piece of meat' in the 'outrageous and sustained attack'.
Speaking about the incident for the first time, Sara, from Liverpool, told the Daily Mail she thought she was 'going to die'.
She said: "I asked Kane if I could borrow his phone to call a friend, and he refused. I tried to grab it, in a joking way, but as I leaned across him he bit me hard on my neck and I screamed."
Case-Webb then began punching and kicking Sara and spitting at her as she lay on the floor.

His mother and brother were in the house and tried to defend his young fiancée but they were also caught up in his rage.
He then grabbed a large kitchen knife and held it to his own throat but as Sara and his mum Julie tried to wrestle it from him Case-Webb sliced across his own hands, leaving them dripping with blood.
Sara, who studies hair and beauty at college, said she ran into the bedroom and hid under the duvet but Case-Webb grabbed her head and smashed it against the side of a table.
"It was so forceful that my contact lens slipped behind my left eye and I felt something pop in my eyeball," she said.
Blood began to pour from her eye and she was screaming loudly, but Case-Webb smothered her face with a pillow in a bid to shut her up.
Sara added: "Kane was in a rage. He threw me on the floor and stamped on my head, over and over again. I felt myself losing consciousness and I thought I was dying."
He then ran from the house and dived onto the bonnet of an oncoming taxi, cracking the windscreen and terrifying the driver and passers-by.
Case-Webb, who was training to be a fireman, was arrested shortly after the incident in October last year, while Sara was taken to hospital to be treated for a deep wound to her left eye, which had to be glued together.
He was jailed at Liverpool Crown Court for seven years in December after he admitted wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, two counts of assault, affray and criminal damage.
Case-Webb, who suffers with mental health issues, was also given an indefinite restraining order, preventing him from contacting Sara.
The couple had met in 2013 through Facebook and Sara admits their relationship became serious very quickly.
Case-Webb proposed on New Year's Eve 2014 and by the following April Sara had moved in.

Though it was a decision that left her mum Justina, 33, 'devastated' as she claimed Case-Webb was 'possessive' and didn't like Sara speaking to other boys.
Sara said this was due to an attempted mugging that had left her partner with anxiety problems, but claims he was 'caring and loving' and it had never been a major issue.
The traumatised teenager now says she wished she had listen to her mum and though she still loves Case-Webb believes there is no way back from this.
